RENEW Northwest is pleased to present a new season of challenging and dynamic learning programmes aimed at those involved in the regeneration of the region.
RENEW Northwest Common Purpose Leaders Programme 2008
RENEW Northwest, in partnership with Common Purpose, is inviting applications for a unique leadership programme developed specifically to enable cross-sector professionals to play a more active part in leading and implementing change in the region.

Raising Our Game: Short Award in Leading Project Implementation

Open to junior, middle and senior managers working in economic development, regeneration or sustainable communities across public, private and voluntary sectors, Specialist Short Awards can be used as an individual excercise or by organisations as a Continual Professional Development Activity. Developed by the Northwest Regional Development Agency, Raising Our Game (ROG) is now a part of the integrated learning programme of the Academy for Sustainable Communities (ASC) and provides nationally recognised qualifications in the field of sustainable communities. The Certificate in Leading Sustainable Communities is a cutting edge qualification, developed in partnership with the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) and linked to the National Qualifications Framework Level 5 - equivalent to first degree level study. If you are a practising or aspiring manager or leader, with responsibility for influencing and delivering sustainable communities, this course will be of real interest to you. This programme is being run jointly with Yorkshire and the Humber, so it will be taking place partly in Manchester and partly in Leeds.
