Introduction

This 'Quality Management' series provides for in-depth study of the practice and theory of quality management in the twenty first century. The series is designed to be of value to managers and professionals within built environment-related public and private sector organisations. Degree students may also benefit greatly from the study of 'Quality Management'.

The series is structured into seven distinct publications, each addressing a differing dimension or aspect of modern day quality management theory and practice.
