Technician

Technician membership recognises that an individual who is currently working in the construction industry has achieved an NVQ Level 3, National Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in an area related to the Built Environment. An individual who holds an HNC/HND but does not have 2 years' relevant work experience can apply to become a technician member.

Criteria of Entry

Individuals must:

• hold an NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in the Built Environment
• be engaged in work within the construction industry
