Diploma in Construction Senior Management - Level 7

The Level 7 qualification is appropriate for employees in the construction and the built environment sector working across a broad range of areas. It is designed to assess occupational competence in the workplace where learners are required to demonstrate skills and knowledge to a level required in the construction industry.

Programme Aims

The aim of the NVQ is to stretch and enhance the candidate’s performance in the workplace enabling them to provide evidence to meet the requirements of each unit.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this qualification, the candidate will be able to demonstrate they have comprehensive knowledge and experience in:

  • selecting methods and procedures to manage project risks and opportunities and maintain project organisation and communication systems 
  • control project progress against agreed programmes whilst ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
Entry Requirements

Candidates must currently be working within the area of their chosen qualification and have a minimum of 24 months’ experience in a middle/senior management role.

Fees

NVQ Level 7 – £2,800 plus VAT

Course fees must be paid prior to commencement of the qualification. Instalment options may be offered upon agreement with the Centre.

*it is anticipated that most candidates will use the ePortfolio system, however candidates who require additional focus days with assessors may receive these at an additional cost of £100 per day.
