The course leader for each programme, Neil Hannay, leads a team of tutors to deliver the course modules at the ABE Headquarters in Northampton. The Association of Building Engineers is responsible for the hosting and delivery of the programme. Delivery of lectures, tutorials and seminars is offered on a part-time basis and each taught session takes place over a Friday and Saturday morning. Both programmes have been designed so that candidates can start the programme in any semester and complete the course in approximately an 18-month period. Thus a candidate starting in September 2009 would complete the third semester by December 2010, whereas a candidate starting in February 2010 would complete the third semester by May 2011. The dates for the forthcoming programmes will be as per the booking form.
