Honorary Secretary - Patrick Reddin PPBEng FBEng FRICS
Patrick has been involved with the Association since 1979, becoming an ABE Council member in 1997. Chairman of the Greater London & City Branch and Building Surveyors Committee for the Incoporated Association of Architects and Surveyors, Patrick progressed within the Council following the change over to the Association of Building Engineers, holding the positions of Vice President, President (2001-2002), Past President, and is currently Honorary Secretary.
Married with four daughters, Patrick is currently a director of Reddin & Co Ltd. Chartered Building Surveyors and Corporate Building Engineers.
Patrick is a Fellow of the ABE and RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and is an Associate member of the CIH (Chartered Institute of Housing). He has experience in dispute resolution (as an expert witness and mediator), as a party wall surveyor, in social housing and community involvement.
Patrick has worked on over 10,000 litigation cases and has worked in both the Caribbean and Latin America.
