



Michael Wadood is a Director of MLM Building Control Ltd, an Approved Inspector and is based within their London office. He started his career with the London Borough of Brent, during which time he read a degree in Building Control Surveying at the University of Westminister, graduating in 1995 with a 2:1 Honours. After 13 years with Brent, he moved to the London Borough of Southwark for 4 years as a Principal Building Control Surveyor, and headed up the Professional Support Team where he was involved in regeneration projects accross the borough.
In May 2008, Michael was co-opted onto the ABE Council. He was previously a member of the ABE Council during 1998 - 2003. Within this present Council he is a member of the Staffing Committee and also sits on the Enterprise Board. He has always been an active member of the Association and was a Branch Secretary, Chairman of the Young Members and currently presents papers on the Building Control Certificate course that is run by the ABE. Michael is also a trustee of the ABE Benevolent Fund.
