Joe Wooding BSc (Hons) MRICS MBEng
A Member of the Council since May 2007, Joe has been involved with the ABE since attaining membership in September 2006. He is involved in Council meetings and assists in working groups.
Born in 1978 in Bedford, Joe began his working career at NHBC, Milton Keynes in 2000. Currently a Project Surveyor, Joe has progressed through the company from Technical Assistant. His duties include attending design team meetigns, the appraisal of submitted details for compliance with the Building regulations, providing assistance with complex site inspections, advice on NHBC Standards, Energy Ratings and internal/external training.
Joe's experience is in predominately residential buildings however, during his employment he has encountered commercial projects such as mixed-use buildings, assembly/recreation buildings, shops and resturants, work live units, student accomodation and office buildings.
