Vice President - Colin Bell BSc (Hons) VPBEng FBEng FCIOB Dip HI
Newly appointed Council Member and Vice President of the ABE, Colin has joined the Association via the merger with IMBM. During his time there he has undertaken the roles of Northern Region Chairman and Past President Elect since joining in the mid 1980's.
Born in Wallsend and currently living in Northumberland, Colin is Director of Paramount Chartered Surveying and Building Consultancy.
With qualifications including BSc (Hons), FCIOB and Dip HI, Colin is a Chartered Surveying, Building and Maintenance Professional, with vast experience in the procurement and management of surveying, building and maintenance in both the public and private sectors.
He set up Paramount Chartered Surveying and Building Consultancy in March 2006, seizing the opportunity to set up on his own, offering a range of services to the regional property market including Commercial and Residential Surveys, Project Management and Home Information Packs.
