Peter Stone Award

One of the most distinguished of the Association's Presidents was Peter Stone. Peter was President in 1981 to 1982 and his contribution to the work and advancement of the Association was incalculable. In recognition of his dedication and commitment the Association named its most prestigious award in honour of his memory.

The award is presented to the Person, Company or Organisation that through invention, research, design, publicity, education, training or any other related activity has, in the opinion of the Awards Panel, made a significant contribution to the advancement of building engineering.

The Awards Panel will consider nominations for contributions made during periods prior to the year in which the award is made, i.e. in the case of retirement, long periods of project development or product performance etc.
